1. Acceptance of Terms
Namokar E SERVICE ki website, catalog, checkout aur related services use karke aap in Terms and Conditions ko accept karte hain.
2. Orders
- Order place karne ke baad status pehle Payment Pending rahega.
- Order tab valid mana jayega jab payment confirm ho jaye.
- Galat mobile number / address dene par delay ya cancel ho sakta hai.
3. Payments
Payment UPI / QR / shop-approved methods se ki ja sakti hai. Payment screenshot WhatsApp par share karna customer ki zimmedari hai jab tak admin payment receive mark na kare.
4. Delivery
- Shop Pickup: free (unless stated otherwise).
- Home Delivery: flat delivery charges apply ho sakte hain (currently ₹50).
- Delivery timelines location aur product availability par depend karte hain.
5. Digital Services
Mobile Recharge, MP Online Services jaise requests WhatsApp / shop counter ke through handle ho sakte hain. In services ke successful completion ke liye sahi details dena zaroori hai.
6. Cancellations & Returns
Payment ke baad cancellation/return product type aur condition par depend karega. Damaged/wrong item milne par jaldi contact karein taaki resolve kiya ja sake.
7. Prohibited Use
Website ko fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, ya illegal activity ke liye use karna mana hai.
8. Changes
Hum ye terms kabhi bhi update kar sakte hain. Updated version is page par publish hote hi effective hoga.
